These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Suvai by Venu (operated by The Viveyush Group LLC) through this website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the product, price, fulfillment, cancellation, and other details shown at checkout. If an order confirmation contains different order-specific terms, the confirmation controls for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Suvai by Venu operates under a King County Catering services food permit (Permit Number: PR-503369) approved by Public Health Seattle & King County. All meals are prepared and packaged in a fully licensed and inspected commercial kitchen facility located in Woodinville, WA. Available products, sales locations, delivery areas, and shipping destinations may be limited by state and county health and safety regulations. Products are intended for the end customer and may not be resold unless Suvai by Venu expressly agrees and the resale is lawful.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you choose, but handcrafted and home-style items may have reasonable differences in color, decoration, size, or appearance.

Ingredient and major-allergen information is provided on the product label or with the product as required by applicable law. Products are prepared and packaged in a shared commercial kitchen where common allergens (including tree nuts, peanuts, milk, wheat, and soy) are present. Unless Suvai by Venu expressly confirms otherwise in writing, no product is represented as allergen-free, and cross-contact cannot be ruled out.

If you have an allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement, review the available information and contact Suvai by Venu before ordering. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you or the intended recipient. Product information is not medical advice.

An order request is not accepted until Suvai by Venu confirms it or payment is successfully completed, as indicated during checkout. Products, dates, and quantities remain subject to availability. Suvai by Venu may decline or cancel an order because of an error, unavailable ingredients or capacity, suspected fraud, an unsafe or unlawful request, or a fulfillment restriction. If Suvai by Venu cancels a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled portion will be refunded.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, customization, and fulfillment information and for reviewing the order before submission.

Prices are shown on the website and may change before an order is placed. The total presented at checkout includes the selected products and any displayed taxes, delivery or shipping charges, discounts, deposits, or other fees.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount displayed. A deposit does not reserve a date unless the checkout or order confirmation says that it does. Any remaining balance is due according to the order confirmation.

For custom products, you must provide requested details and approvals by the stated deadlines. Inspiration images communicate a general direction and do not promise an exact copy.

Change, cancellation, refund, and no-show rules shown at checkout or in the order confirmation are part of these terms. Because food and custom-made products are perishable or made for a particular customer, they may not be returnable or refundable after preparation begins, except when required by law or when Suvai by Venu agrees otherwise. If an order is incorrect, damaged, or appears unsafe, do not consume the affected item and contact Suvai by Venu promptly using the order-confirmation details.

Pickup Windows & Missed Pickups Because our meals are highly perishable and prepared fresh, all pickup locations have strictly defined time windows to ensure food safety and quality. You are responsible for arriving within your allocated timeslot.

• If you are running late (With Notice): If you anticipate missing your timeslot, you must contact us before the pickup window ends. We will do our best to accommodate you by either directing you to our next scheduled drop location on the route, or attempting a home delivery. Please note that converting a pickup to a home delivery is strictly subject to our route availability and will incur an additional delivery fee.

• No-Shows (Without Notice): We always strive to fulfill every customer order and want you to enjoy your meals; however, in cases where you fail to pick up your order and do not communicate with us before we depart the pickup location, your order must be forfeited. Because the food cannot be safely stored indefinitely or resold, Suvai by Venu will not issue refunds or credits for missed pickups.

Delivery and Shipping
For home deliveries, you are responsible for providing a usable address, being available during the agreed delivery window, and following storage, transport, reheating, and food-safety instructions immediately upon receiving the order. Shipping is offered only where permitted. If a shippable order cannot be sent within the promised time, Suvai by Venu will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Carrier delays and conditions outside our reasonable control may affect arrival after shipment.

If Suvai by Venu offers a subscription, the frequency, products or benefits, recurring price, pickup or delivery method, and any minimum term will be shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel future renewals using the account or contact method provided with the subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already processed or an order already prepared, except when required by law or stated in the subscription offer.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under the account. Contact the business if you believe the account has been used without permission.

You agree to receive electronic order records and transactional communications at the contact information you provide. Marketing email or text messages require the consent described when you sign up and can be stopped using the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in the message.

Suvai by Venu is responsible for products and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. To the fullest extent the law permits, Suvai by Venu is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer instructions, failure to collect or receive an order, improper handling after fulfillment, unauthorized resale, or events outside reasonable control.

If you have a concern, contact Suvai by Venu promptly using the information on this website or in your order confirmation so the parties can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the sale. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
